Went into store after phoning Clogau customer services- disappointed with presentation of necklace bought online .Phone staff v helpful. Female supervisor in Bangor store- horrendously unhelpful. Could not be bothered with me at all. Name available but I won't post it publicly. She could not be bothered with my query at all. Basically had the attitude of ' you've bought it so why do I need to bother with you'. Very disappointed with level of care & I felt she had dreadful customer service. Disrespectful attitude.
