Rivermead Accident Repair Centre
I contacted this company three times in February, phone and email. I enquired about a vehicle repair. Although I was told they would give me some prices if I sent photos and other details I had no replies at all.I cannot comment on the quality of repairs obviously, but I don't think I can give any recommendations based on my poor treatment. If I had been informed that they could not do anything because they were too busy, I could understand. But no response is not good.

Staff are friendly and very informative from start to finish. Very flexible with collecting and returning my vehicle – I was based in Hampshire and this wasn’t a problem for them. I received regular updates and a great service, highly recommended.

They repaired our car in time and as promised. To be fair there wasn't much damage to the car. But they were friendly and communicated well throughout. Just based off our experience I'll give them a five.

Staff are very helpful , friendly and honest and go all the way to help customer. Their expertise and workman ship showed in the quality of work. my car had significant body work and staff here brought my ride to original glory. Highly recommended
