Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Recommend visiting in advance, which they are happy about, to get a guided tour and see you space to check it is adequate. Very simple system once you are signed up and using the facility.

I left my things here during my time between tenancies and they were incredibly accommodating. I could come and go anytime and as many times as I needed to within opening hours so long as I was accompanied by a member of staff (as I was sharing a shipping container with a few other folks) and very helpful. The process of renting the space was easy and I could call up and ask anything if I needed to. I was called when the cheaper space I ended up using became available which was wonderful. I only interacted with Neil through the process and he was wonderful. He was always cheerful and very happy to help with anything! I would definitely use them again if ever I needed somewhere to keep my belongings for a time. I ended up vacating earlier than expected and as the fee was paid in advance I got a refund for the days that I didnt end up using!

I have had a very good experience with Safestore Self Storage Bath so far. It is very conveniently located, with plenty of parking. The staff have been very friendly and helpful, and the storage facility is ideal for what I need. I only needed the smallest storage box available, and I think it is very good value for money.

Great service - both before and at the time of use. Replied quickly to emails, easy booking, and then easy when we got there to unload car onto trolleys and take to the clean unit we had booked. Can thoroughly recommend. Good price too.

So helpful, my and my friend had maybe 30 boxes to store for the summer. Paul helped carry them all and stayed longer even though we were a little late. Very kind and helpful. Very good price too. Definitely recommend!

Good communication and advice when had first contact with Safestore re our storage needs. When it came to paying we were given a very good discount. On arrival to reception friendly welcome, clear explanation about the facility. Great location, storage facility, equipment etc. Will defintely recommend and use again
