Good layout of car park, can pay by card or cash which was useful. Fairly small and busy but average cost for Truro.

Got fined for not displaying a ticket even though the machine wasn't working. I downloaded the app and paid in full, even showed a VAT receipt when challenged appeal was turned down. Absolute crooks and scumbags

Ticket machine is nigh on impossible to use. You need a degree to figure it out. Three of us took over 10 minutes to get ticket.

Don't forget you are charged from entry to exit, not from when you by your ticket, as it is one of those dodgy ANPR car parks

Do not park here. Machines did not accept my contactless payment, did not take coins, and the customer service is non-existent. Use a council car park or the multi-storey instead.

Close by and convenient for the Hall for Cornwall. A popular car park. Cost reasonable given the central location. Payment machine worked with no problems.

I had a diabetic episode, and had to pull in to a excel car par. I am not now legally allowed to drive, and was in no condition to exit the car. After about 20 minutes and at the earliest opportunity, I paid for a one hour ticket. I was in the car park for about 45 minutes in total, which legally is the time I have to wait before I can drive again. Part of there response was I should have found another way to pay.

Usually has spaces, get a ticket quick and make sure you're back in time. They dont mess about you will get a ticket if late guaranteed.

I have been using this carpark for years but since this Excel took over I can only say don't park in this carpark thay are a horrible company to deal with the machines don't work properly by not taking coins or card payments then they try to fine you £100 if you are 5 minutes late.
