Perfect Chef Chinese Takeaway
Food is good, but the delivery service unreliable at best. We've ordered 3 times, and the 3rd most recent time never recieved our order. The resturant claims it was delivered, I'm sure it probably was given to somebody but whoever that person is wasn't us. If you live in an apartment building or the like, I'd suggest steering clear unless they implement a better system for delivery. (like Deliveroo using the 2 digit number to make sure the intended recipient gets the food) In the end we paid £40 for food that never arrived.Update - a reply to the response: Maybe you did infact recieve a call, but it wasn't from me. If you did really did recieve a call I'd be interested to know if you asked them basic questions about the order to ensure it was actually me calling? at the end of the day we're now £40 down for an order that was never delivered to us and from the sounds of it sent to someone else. I'd suggest having some sort of protocol in place so this can't happen again.

Perfect Chef Chinese Takeaway
We were disappointed with both our meals last night. Chicken and chips not as good as usual and special fried rice ended up in the bin. The first bite was inedible meat, there were 2 prawns and 3 not very nice pieces of chicken. Very sticky fried rice. Been using this takeaway for many years. Very disappointed. Wondering whether it has changed hands or has a different chef. Simply not as good.

Perfect Chef Chinese Takeaway
Always a worry trying a new takeaway when spending a lot of money...but what we got from Perfect Chef tonight was great. Beef in the beef and mushroom curry was very tender, no grizzle, and plenty of it. Typical chinese curry sauce - quite mild, but just right for the meal. Ate with fried rice, which was nicely cooked. My wife had chicken fried rice, and she couldn't believe how deep the carton was! Couldn't finish it, which was a first for her! We started with chicken and sweetcorn soup to share, and we found it really tasty and it kept it's thickness until it was eaten!Last week, I had sweet and sour king prawns from PerfectChef, and can say the meal was also great. Plenty of king prawns in batter. Sauce was perfect. So, I have no problem in recommending this takeaway. Well done!

Perfect is the theme with this place.Been here a few times now and everytime my order has been awkward and annoying. Substituting things and changing set dishes and everytime the staff have been accommodating and happy to satisfy.Perfect service.Price is reasonable.Speed is good.Portions are massive.Quality is perfect.Cooking and temps are perfect.Highly recommend Perfect Chef.
