Bought an appliance which had to be exchanged due to fault. Replacement had a fault, had to repair 3 times and now refusing to refund. Lesson learned, never again

We bought over 10 years ago. A hotpoint electric cooker. Still in good working order. Are going to replace it because it,s the next thing to replace. Not because its broken down. Be visiting barwoods to look for a cooker to replace it. Sometimes its the brand that's the quality. Now days Most new appliances only have a 5 yrs life span. Had lots problems when I,ve bought new.
