Fantastic place to get your service. Ok, vomit is a bit pricier than the average garage but the average garage does no where near give you the service of these people. Charming, helpful and informative, they really do the utmost to make your experience one to remember. I highly recommend them for any work on your Jag.

I took my car in for a windscreen change as I did not trust autoglass to fix it correctly. I called and spoke to Susan Thompson who could not have been more helpful. She kindly offered me an excellent loan car which I was sorry to give back. The repair was done to a very high standard and the car was cleaned inside and out. I cannot recommend Sytner highly enough, I really enjoyed the experience, especially the free coffee and biscuits. There is a lovely atmosphere there and a great customer experience. Thanks Susan for your great service, looking forward to coming back in.

Friendly, efficient, no fuss or hassle. They did the job whilst I waited in a comfortable environment and enjoyed a cup of coffee and a biscuit. No need to ask for anything more.

I first contacted Adrian Olsson c 1 week before I picked up my new Land Rover Discovery Sport. In that time he took care of my request with a great amount of dedication, personal service and speed - which he knew was of the essence. It has been, by far, the best car buying experience I have had and I can highly recommend Adrian and the entire team at Guy Salmon Land Rover in Ascot. You will need to go a very long way to find a better customer service experience.

The service centre is a lot better than there sales team, always forget to reset the side steps. Three for three now. Long wait to drop off car and also for parts, and no courtesy car. 4 1/2 weeks with no car that was under warranty, questionable whether I will be buying another Range Rover again.

The Service Centre is the best thing about Sytner. In my experience they look after the customer better than the sales department or any other division of the Company. Kerry stands out as a star.

AVOID IF POSSIBLESytner Land Rover Ascot ServiceThey told me how much it was to fix my car and I agreed but for the past 4 months with my car i have had different charges. I tried to speak with the manager she is avoiding to talk to me. More than 2 weeks waiting for a call back after calling 8 timesWe agreed £3600 for my engine but they sent me an invoice of £3900We agreed brake pads for £508 but received an invoice of £578When i ask them they are telling me parts and labour had gone up, aren’t you supposed to tell me if charges have gone up before proceeding? Don't i have the right to know as the owner of the car?I have been put on the supposedly waiting list for a courtesy car for 3 monthsNow im being told i have to accept the extra charges and when my car is due service next time they will pay something towards it.I want to take my case further but non of the staff from this dealership will direct you to the right place other than the manager who does not call you back. I would really want to take this further and dispute all these uninformed extra charges
