New Look
Always friendly and helpful staff, especially today when I picked up a few bits a lovely lady called Lauren served me at the tills and I was really impressed with her customer service :)

New Look
The pretty top that I tried on seemed more suited in size to the figure of young girls but that was from the sale rail, looks like some very good clothes in the rest of the shop.

Good place to get latest trends at fairly reasonable prices and quality not too bad. Easy to find what you're looking for as each section is laid out well. Sales look a bit of a mess and I can't be bothered to route through for a few quid off. Great to see the tall section back in store as it's not easy guessing sizing online - not a huge selection but better than nothing. Quick to get through tills so not a massive wait in line.

New Look
Love the way the sale stack is put into size but does need staff to check it's in the correct place. Also would like all concession clothing to be separated in Sale and also put in size. Staff gave us excellent service especially the fitting room staff who got relief on the fitting room so she could go and find something for my daughter twice. Nothing way too much bother for here.

New Look are one of the best clothing companies/stores you can find. Their clothing Ladies,Mens you child wear is excellent and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I cannot believe that online they show men’s clothing, so I went into the New Look in Plymouth Mall today only to find they have removed all Men’s clothing. So it seems if your a guy, New Look don’t want you to shop in there store.
