Moira is the Property Manager dealing with my property and she is always very efficient and professional. She ensures that any tenant issues are communicated to me promptly and arranges contractors as required.Recently Moira has gone above and beyond while dealing with some maintenance issues that had to be resolved between a change of tenants. She even visited the property out of hours to check on progress and to help ensure that the length of time my property was empty was kept to a minimum. Thank you!

Shocking..made an offer for a house sales assistant Oliver who called me back and told me that my offer had been ACCEPTED l then returned my proof of funds ect arranged for a solicitor all ready to go..two days later Oliver the sales man called me to say that it might take longer for the sale to complete because the vendor needed to sort out probate and had two more viewings for the house at the weekend ?? Oliver said that he would not be able to speak to me for a few days as he will be on annual leave a few days later I got a call to say that a higher offer had been accepted for the house and the house had now been sold I am sure gazumping is not law breaking but I do ask is this good business??

Thanks to Moira and the team, great communication and went the extra mile to get our Tennant’s in on time.In particular with a few holidays taking place the staff still managed an excellent level of service, including the Manchester central team too.
