Awful store they have zero refund policy, I purchased a dining table from them at the Derry store 4 months ago, the table is now covered I scrapes and has cracked at the top and they are refusing to change or fix it because apparently it isn't a manufacturing problem, if I want a technician to come out there will be a fee of 99€...for a dining table I paid over £500 4 months agoI will never have a foot back in the store the quality is so poor."

Service in shop first class, order made and patiently waited 14 weeks as was told by advisor, 3 days before expected completion got call from their customer service to be told as have to wait another 7 - 8 weeks. Totally unacceptable, seems as no respect for clients, 5 months to make sofa bed. Shame. Shouldn't buy there.Here is the order number if that can help - CLUKOM8300

Nice furniture. However we went on Saturday, there were 2 members of staff and approximately 6 people waiting to get help or buy. We waited but in the end gave up! Shame as nice furniture, perhaps more staff for weekends would help. We're staffing levels good, I would have given 5 star.

Made several purchases over a few months. So far so good.Our recent purchase had a delivery issue .I'm told they one delivery per week from the main warehouse. Id like to think that could be improved upon . It's only a few hours away from Derry to Galway.However the good news is I contacted main headquarters and a very helpful young lady called Sabrina has today confirmed today I will receive it on the date we originally agreed. So inow don't have to wait two weeks just the one.All's well that end well.I'll update when received.

Do not recommend. Zero refund policy, credit note only. Delivery takes weeks for instore goods and the furniture is poor quality. Badly constructed, unbalanced. Not worth the inflated prices in store. Genuinely regret buying from them.
