Jasmin is a fantastic trainer! Her understanding of client needs and goals is is excellent and her delivery is enthusiastic and encouraging. Her client programming is thoroughly thought out to ensure you train safely and efficiently but most importantly to get you to achieve your goals. Definitely worth booking in sessions.

Jasmin is a very personable PT, she worked with me to understand my goals, lifestyle and availability. She then worked a plan for me that would fit and not seem too daunting. She explained everything and showed me what to do, and is just a lovely friendly person.
