Conference Centre at Coin Street

This neighborhood center is not fit for organizing conferences or big events. It has 4 floors including the basement and the halls are located at the basement, ground, and 3rd floor. 1 &2 floors are occupied by daycare and offices. The washrooms were smelly, they didn't have a smoking corner.

The conference centre is really part of a large community venue. Nevertheless, if you have an event of 50 odd people or less, this should serve you well as there are caterers on hand to provide everything you need.Centrally located, within walking distance of both Blackfriars and Waterloo.

Amazing staff throughout the centre and a fabulous facility. We would highly recommend it and will certainly be re-booking the venue after successful holding a two-day event. Many thanks to all the very professional and extremely helpful staff.....

I recently organized an event at Coin Street on behalf of my employer, and I'm already thinking of other events that we can host at Coin Street's facilities!Usually, I would attend the event I'm helping organize but because Cassie is such a thorough Events Manager, I was able to attend another event I planned in Paris instead. Cassie put my colleagues and I at ease as she was so on top of everything from day #1. From dozens of emails to a Zoom call and a site visit, Cassie was always so responsive, extremely detail-oriented, and accommodating to our many requests. We rented the entire 3rd Floor Suite which was a great choice for our unique event, which optimally required a theatre setup and 2 classroom-style setups in the ancillary smaller rooms. According to my colleagues, the venue looked even more brilliant in person!I was sent many photos of the delicious food during the event and not only was it tasty, but the presentation was beautiful. Cassie and team are the consummate event management professionals and the guests felt very well looked after. Everyone felt safe and comfortable as they had plenty of room to sprawl out, which is so important when planning an in-person event with consideration of our new normal". We look forward to hosting future additional 5-star events at Coin Street!"

This is a really great venue for a large staff meeting. The staff are really helpful and catering is of a really high standard. Great location too as only 5 minutes walk from Waterloo station.

I used the Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre for one of our quarterly business meetings. I have dealt with a lot of hotels and conference venues, and Coin Street were by far the easiest to deal with. Efficient, flexible and really helpful. And for a central London venue (and really well-connected for transport), the whole event was extremely good value for money.Great event, excellent facilities and IT support. I would absolutely use this venue again.

We had a fantastic two-day meeting for our team of 20 at the Coin Street Centre. The venue and food booking experience was extremely easy and quick-- they even helped me remember to order coffee for the afternoons (!). The food was delicious and nicely presented. The rooftop garden space is a hidden gem. All in all, efficiency combined with careful attention to detail. We will definitely book there the next time.

This is a great community venue which is refreshing break from the normal stuffy corporate venues.

Wish they had a coffee shop on site. Would have happily paid for a cup then drink the catered option.
