I was seriously struggling to get access into my down pipe and flexi. (there’s 3 bolts holding it on) and I couldn’t get access onto them to get the bolts off, even if I could they were that badly rusted and seized up it would have been very difficult for me. It’s a notoriously difficult area to get access to. Anyway these guys did a damn good job and fitted my parts that I brought them, even reset my airbag sensor, which I’f you don’t know need a diagnostic tool to be plugged in (and not all ones do old Passats) other garages were very reluctant giving me a quote or were wanting me to “bring it in so they could see it” these guys were upfront and gave me their hourly rate and even cut me a very good deal. Couldn’t be happier, would give them a 10 if I could AMAZING MECHANICS, GREAT SERVICE AND VERY GOOD VALUE!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stay well clear ! Don't be tempted by a low mot price infact avoid like the plague, took my car for an mot it which failed on 3 things I was given a price which according to another mechanic was ridiculous which I then got fixed else where. On returning to have a retest zahid starts coming out with all this did the mechanic do It right" bearing in mind before even re testing it explains how the failing procedure works and there apparently no going back. Long story short my mot was expired and needed it passed so after about 10 minutes he worked some mysterious magic and managed to pass it for £70 should have welcome at your own risk above the door"

I went in for a new exhaust which was fitted very quickly, but whilst inspecting it the mechanic noticed a problem I've had for a while with the alternator belt and water pump, for which he gave me a quote to fix. It ended up taking a lot longer than he expected and he even worked on the Sunday to get it sorted, without charging me any more than the original quote.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. They are all very friendly and definitely go the extra mile.

I have used M & S Auto a number of times for servicing, MOT and general maintenance work and have always found their service to be excellent and their price to be fair for the work done. They have always been friendly and responsive when I have had any issue with my car. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My partner took her Audi in for a headlight bulb supplied and fitted and was charged £20... twenty quid for a headlight?? The guy Zahid made up some lies about whoever fitted the last light bulb had broken the plastic bit and he had to push the wires through"... after inspecting the car there is no broken plastic so he totally took advantage of my partner because she is a woman. I will be paying him a visit my first day off from work and demanding at least £10 of the £20 back. If the owner of this review reads this before I get the chance to visit you

I went to this garage recently due to serval recommendations. I have to say I don’t usually write reviews but the service was great, I handed my car in and was told soon after what the issue was. The staff are friendly and approachable compared to other places I have been before. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone who has a one off or re-occuring fault as I felt comfortable knowing my car would get fixed. The customers service was great, would highly recommend!

Alan is a smashing chap and fitted my car in same-day at very short notice (as I was heading away on holiday!). He was very accommodating and friendly and the workshop looks very professional. He sorted out my brake repair very quickly indeed and at minimal cost, so I'm delighted. I've never used a local Bathgate garage before for my car, but M & S Auto Solutions are now in my telephone contacts and would 100% use again.Thanks Alan!

I've been to these guys a couple of times they have carried out MOT, service & repairs on my Aygo. They are professional, helpful and offer great customer service, they also keep you updated and offer great advice on your options its refreshing to deal with professionals instead of cowboys trying to overcharge you for their services. Highly recommend these guys.
