Don’t expect to go in on time - 2 weeks we’ve been here - it ran half hour late last week but today was an hour! Pretty chaotic, could do with better organisation. Expensive for ammo!

We went as a group a few weeks ago and we were all moderately disappointed that there were a few snagging issues. Every single bit of information on the website about what you would do, the size of the groups, The games you would play, everything, was completely incorrect. We were split into two massively oversized groups on very small courses and just told to shoot each other. There was little to nothing in terms of objectives and it was just three short games of basically so many people that it was just firing at everyone in a melee. The beautiful information on the website about stories and structure and how you would play and zombies, plus the fact that it would be teams of nine people, was completely incorrect. They must have been at least 40 people but it felt like 100 on the tiny sizes of the courses. All of the marshals were lovely but what we got sold and what we did was completely different from one another. To the point of false advertising. It was all a bit of a mess, far too many people, and lots of the guns didn't work. Which was fantastic because they didn't do the target practise at the start of each bit that they talk about or even direct you at the range or give you any permission to fire until the start of the game so as the game started you ended up with 10 or 20 people whose guns didn't work. Standing about looking confused getting shot whilst one or two marshals tried to deal with it all. Bit of a waste of time and money compared to how good the sport can be and how big a game the website talks. Oh and the overalls are literally threadbare and falling to bits. Marshalls were walking around using duct tape to repair people's overalls. That was not a single set but was even reasonable.

Although our group had a great time there were quite a few let downs. The price of paintballs being the first! I had a voucher bought from Epic Paintball events which was a hinderance rather than a help. We were supposed to be given a discount on paintball packages but were not. Also we were told they had kids paintball packages but did not Some of the staff were rude. It was not well organised when signing in, we arrived at 2 and first game was not played until 3:30. Outfits were ripped and tatty and far too big for kids, seemed an issue to get the vests that were included in package. Toilets are disgusting! But the kids did have fun

Our experience couldn’t have been any worse. Complete disorganised mess from the beginning. Unable to provide the equipment we paid £90 each for as they were too overbooked and ran out. Not to mention, the things they did manage to provide like the boiler suits were in terrible condition - holes everywhere, buttons missing and pockets which were split open. Their website made the place seem like it was going to be epic but the reality was, they crammed 40+ players in to a tiny area. The description of zombie or tomb raider themed games is very inaccurate, don’t let it fool you. The so-called safety briefing was worrying also - all that was covered was helmet and grenade safety so no one actually knew how to use their guns etc. and most members of our group actually had faulty guns where they couldn’t even shoot from and the staff were unable to replace them until the game was done - total waste. The nail in the coffin was the staff customer service though - one staff member in particular was rude and actually flung a smoke bomb at our feet (no exaggeration here) twice without any reason and after the game had finished. This concerned me considering we got told in our 10-minute safety briefing that they were classed as fireworks. I felt there was a serious lack of safety standards and overall the experience was shocking - no positives whatsoever. Not usually one for leaving a negative review but please let this serve as a warning to save your money and go somewhere else for your event - if you go here, you will be met with a chaotic mess from the minute you’re on site. Trading standards would have a field day with this place.

Spent about an hour and a half waiting around before getting our helmets and safety talk , actually paint-balled for half an hour and there’s way too many people in the games making them unplayable. Have to pay a fortune for balls because you’re given so little , staff were rude would not recommend complete waste of money

Absolutely awful experience - booked the 2-5 session which did not begin until 3:30 and finished past 6 causing us to miss our evening plans. In this 3 hour session we had 3 x 30 minute sessions - totalling an hour and a half out of 3 actually playing. Safety was faulty on most of the guns we used, and when asked to switch guns/ boiler suits were told no and that “some of them are just like that”. Nearly 100 people in each game which made it incredibly crowded. Paintballs incredibly expensive, making the whole experience extortionate for what was a poorly managed, oversold, and at times felt unsafe event. We definitely did not get our moneys worth. Will not be returning, and will warn others against it.

Took 12 kids there for my sons 13th bday. They loved it. Advise car sharing or mini bus/van hire as parking is limited.
