I joined Hitsona Banbridge a few months ago and am really enjoying it. The classes are instructor led by Stirling who is an absolute gentleman. Every class is different and all the members are friendly and welcoming. The best thing about it is the wide range of member ages and abilities so everyone fits in. It’s easy to book into a class on your phone and you get an email with your workout results immediately afterwards.

Since joining Hitzone last year I have lost around 15kg and more importantly strengthened my core which has alleviated alot of problems I was having with my lower back and increased my flexibility.The classes are instructor lead and with small classes it's like having a personal trainer, I can't recommend them enough
