Franks Barber Shop

Such a good hairdresser, good with children - my child always gets treated like the staffs own child, they always get sweets and drinks for free. Even adults get drinks for free. Such a unique and well run barber - would recommend it for everyone.

I've been using this shop for years and enjoy the service mostly.Not the most punctual place as very rarely opens as stated at 9am more often only opens around 9.30.Hence 4 stars!

This place need uplift and energy. Frank is very good, energetic and won't let you bore but at some point out is beyond bearable. I think he has to focus more on work and ask his customers they want in hair style rather life...

Local friendly barber who offers VIP service. Exceptional rates, short waiting times and variety of hair and skin care options. Highly recommended.

Frank is a superb barber who takes great pride in the work he does .. he is very energetic and likes to keep the customers happy through conversation which is great . I have been coming here for so time and not once have I been disappointed. It’s definitely worth the price you pay.

This evening (13/06/2017) I decided to try Frank's Hairdressers in Benfont as my redular barbers was closed. This was the worst decision I could have made. Not only did the barber not listen to what I wanted he continued to hack at my hair after telling him many times that he wasn't doing what I asked. In the end I had to tell him to stop cutting and leave my hair in a complete state so that I had enough hair left for Eric's to fix the problem. To top it off they even charged me for the mess I was left with. I will never go back to this hack shop. I wouldn't even let them near my lawn let alone my hair again.DO NOT GO TO THIS BARBER SHOP! they aren't hairdressers or barbers, they are hacks.The only reason I have given 1 star is because it wouldn't let me posts otherwise. If there was a negative score they would have got the mother load.

Really disappointing service. Went with a toddler. One man on the chair took ages and we were waiting outside for our turn. No communication how long or anything. After 15 minutes waiting we decided to walk away. I said we are going and was ignored totally by three workers, two of them sitting on the sofa drinking tea. Some communication would be appreciated.

Came here with my friends and it was good. The workers offered me and my friends a lot of free drinks. The barber gave me what I wanted and we had a good conversation about football! I'm glad that I took a risk and went to this barber, wasn't expecting such a positive experience from it to be honest. Will defo be coming back with the lads.
