It has been a pleasure dealing with Chris at Simpsons. I part exchanged my rifle & was pleased with the very fair price offered against one of thier shotguns. When the shotgun arrived it was in excellent condition & exactly as advertised. With my experience I can only highly recommend Simpsons as the service I received has been second to none.

Very disappointed with this shop and the customer service was shocking, I personally believe the knowledge within this shop about guns is very very limited. If you are thinking of travelling to Simpsons I’d say don’t bother or be prepared to be disappointed. I could carry on and write so much more but I can not be bothered to waste my time on this shop for another second.

I bought an air rifle 6 months ago and something went wrong with the scope a couple weeks ago. Took it to the shop and they were happy to help and replace immediately. One of the best customer support experiences. Highly recommend this shop for its stock and staff.

I’ve just bought my 3rd gun from simpsons, and have part exchanged the last every time. I’m amazed with the trade in prices they give, they are extremely fair and keep me coming back. Brilliant shop and very friendly informative service.

Simpson Newmarket. When I first got my section 2 certificate years ago, this was the first place I went to . I remember speaking to Paul about and over and under 12G .He spent a lot of time with me, making sure I got the right shotgun for me personally .very friendly and helpful always

On a rainy Saturday morning i visited this gun shop looking for a Hushpower 20 bore for pest control. The shop was very busy but i was spoken to immediately by Barry who came over to help. He showed me the gun and gave excellent advice on both the gun and cartridges to suit. I was able to find everything i needed and was not pushed into a purchase but left to think about it. The price was very competitive and the shop was absolutely packed with everything a shooter could ever need. The best gun shop i have ever visited. Thanks to all the staff.

Wow what nice people. I went the other day to buy a pro sport but the time I arrived the stop would of been shot so I rang them and that stayed open an extra hour just for me not knowing I was going to buy a gun. 10/10 so helpful. Definitely go again worth the 2 hour drive. Wish there was more gun shops would definitely increase the sport.
