I would like to bring Andy and Callum to your attention, after a suspected heart attack on 23rd August 2023, they drove me to Warwick Hospital, reassured me throughout the journey, made me feel safe, showed kindness and were extremely professional.I will never forget this experience, but it was made much more pleasant by knowing these two fantastic chaps!Well done Andy and Callumx

I'm not sure if the ambulance came from Erdington but I think it did . The ambulance was called on Tuesday evening to my Grand daughter Aimee Parker at approx 6pm address 411 Chester road B36 0JH I would like to thank the two paramedics they were so helpful and kind calling both the hospital and our Doctor the care we received was excellent and I'm pleased to say Aimee is feeling a lot better I have forgotten their names but they both deserve a medal for the service given thankyou again Dot Parker

Dear Sir or MadamYet again I have had to use your wonderful ambulance services. I never did thank the teams in writing, for last few times I have called them out. Therefore, I would like to include all ambulance team members and fast response men and women who have attended my address at B37 5RL.On Monday 26 June 2017 approximately 5.30am my grandson and his girl friend, both of whom have learning difficulties had to call for an Ambulance. In attendance, was Kirsty and another ambulance lady, who was the driver. Both of whom were polite, very caring and knew exactly how to put me at ease. I suffer from C.O.P.D and Asthma. Not only did they think and work on my needs but also made sure my grandson and his girl friend were ok.I can not sing their praises and thank them enough for what they did.I would like to say a special big thankyou to Kirsty, her coleague and to all your employees including those that man the phones for their dedication and hard work in helping to save lives. They are our unsung Hero's on the front line before getting us to hospital. Thank you again and sorry I have to rely on you so often due to my condition. West Midlands Ambulance Service is an amazing service.They attend our address 5 times, treating 3 different people who all needed hospital care.Their kindness and compassion is wonderful to behold. I was nearly dead when they came to my aid.They are effectively and effective in their task.I commend them and thank them for their brilliant care and support. Sue Wilson

Patricia Massey attended my doing Mother, I could not have asked for better from paramedics. They were efficient, personable and kind to us all.

22.10.2018 at 7pm.Plse note this was email was orig sent 24.10.I just want to say a thank you to Naomi and Jeff (Chester Rd station) for a speedy, efficient and friendly service. In addition, the person that I spoke to when I initially telephoned for assistance, was so helpful and told me exactly what to do until the ambulance service arrived and because of this, I managed to stem the flow of blood.Over the past few years, I have had to call for the assistance of the ambulance service on numerous occasions, my parents are now well into their 80's with various issues. We have always received the very best support and care and have yet to meet any 'miserable' ambulance personnel. I guess a sense of humour is much needed in such a job.!Thanks for all you do. Let's hope we continue to have such a service in the future.

On the 9th January 2023, I had cause to call for an ambulance. I am pleased to say it arrived within 5 minutes.Gary Preston and Fay Wilson attended as the paramedics (ambulance No. EN4075).I can not thank them enough for their care towards myself and my husband for their professionalism and excellent care give. They took me to the QE and ensured that I reached the correct department within 5 minutes of arrival. I would also like to thank the QE and the ward that was run by paramedics.From the time of arrival to leaving was 3 hours and they had completed a full review of me and CT Scan.I would also like to thank the lady (who I unfortunately didn't get her name) at the call centre was extremely caring and helpful in supporting my husband who had rang on my behalf.We are very lucky to have such an amazing NHS thank you again.

Dear Phil Calow,Can I just say a massive thank you to West Midlands Ambulance Service, mainly the Erdington Hub and their most dedicated, hard working and supportive staff. Especially the two of the most professional, caring and calming staff I have ever met. Paramedics Charlotte Payne and Kirsty Temperton who's is a student paramedic which I never would have guessed.These two came to promptly to my rescue as I was having a minor heart attack. They did all theirs checks and had to do a ECG reading of my heart which came up as abnormal a few times. Five minutes later after a call I was taken to heartlands hospital. I was in quite a bit of shock of what was going on.Both these women kept me calm, reassured and shared humor to keep my heart rate down and positive till we got to the hospital safely. They stayed with me, kept me talking and smiling and handed me over. I was here for five days and now I'm out finally discharged and diagnosed with Myopericardits. Just in case the two couldn't follow up and find out what happened to me. I overheard them ask the nurse for my surname to follow up on a truly wonderful and amazing paramedic service. They need a hundred more like you two in the service.As a hard working member of the public myself, I expect some sort of recognition of gratitude towards their skills and demeanour as employees and heroes of our community. Whether it be an increase in salary, an award ceremony or a bonus in their xmas pay check. Great service! Hopefully I will never need you girls again but keep up the good work and saving lives!KindestRegardsMohammed Arun Salik
