GlassCast Resin

We tried a few different resin companys but GlassCast was by far the best, the quality really is worth the money - we've made some beautifull products using the resin - we are regular customers now!!!

I used the GlassCast 50 plus for a deep poor root ball vase I was making. I do not have a pressure pot so was concerned that there would be air gaps in the wood and bubbles in the resin. But I did not need to worry, the resin filled every crevis and no bubble in sight. I must also say that the resin is amazing to turn. I used carbide tools on it and it cut like butter with no chipping.Until proven wrong I will not be looking for a replacement. When you need a product that just works without glitches you stay with it.There are cheeper products on the market and a lot more expensive ones as well, so for value for money this one is perfect.

I have used quite a few different resins but I always seem to always come back to Glass Cast.I find it to be a really easy resin to use and cast with. It’s particularly good for crystal clear casts even without the use of a pressure pot (you need to know a few tricks though).I push this resin quite far and pour deeper than recommend and it always copes well and surprises me.It is very competitively priced along with similar resins and cheaper than some of the “big” names in resin/epoxy.

GlassCast came highly recommended and I can see why. A mess up by FedEx meant that I didn’t get my delivery but they sorted it out promptly and refunded the postage that day. Combine this with the helpful videos with sensible tips (like how to use less resin) and they’re a company that I’m happy to give money to - a rarity these days.

Fantastic resin. I use Glasscast 3 and 10 and they are both great products. The '3' is so so so glossy and perfect for resin artwork and geodes. The '10' is great for deeper cast pours. Will not use any other product.
