A great little hidden gem. Awesome food and drinks, perfect if you are travelling along the canalside. Service is a little slow so don't expect a fast food joint.

The QueenBee of baked goods and all things in a Toastie. If you are ever in the area, or not, you must must go and treat yourself. It's perfection.

Great coffee. Iced latte with honeycomb is a favourite.Loads of great looking cakes on offer everytime I visit. The lemon drizzle cheesecake is perfection!

Nice cakes and coffee. Unfortunately will not be back thanks to the behaviour and attitude of staff. The girl was disinterested & unfriendly when ordering, then just plain rude afterwards. The charming man on duty gave us a filthy look on the way out (noticed by more than one adult in the group) -with no goodbye which is a bog standard thing in hospitality regardless of how you feel about the customer. Sadly would not recommend.

Banging grilled cheese sarnies. Top coffee and cake in Leicester. Milkshakes are awesome. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Top tier service off staff with a smile.In short, if you don't come here you're probably not worth knowing.

Absolutely brilliant independent bakeshop/cafe, highly recommend this place to anyone! The cakes & baked treats on the counter are incredible and are all made in house. The coffee is top notch & the grilled cheese's are great if you fancy something hot. Service is fantastic and the whole vibe is very warm and welcoming.

Stopped by with a colleague by chance for a coffee and perhaps a bite to eat. The girl serving behind the counter took an age to make their coffees, all the while leaving us 1st timers stood there wondering what we needed to do. A simple “Hi, I’ll be right with you” would have sufficed but absolutely nothing during the awkward wait. Saw another guy, long shoulder length hair slicing bread and making either sandwiches or toasties. Once our attendant behind the counter became free, she simply asked us what we’d like without so much as an apology or even eye contact. It was like, we didn’t exist. Glancing across at the shoulder length haired guy, who by this time was vigorously scratching his head above his ears with both hands, we decided against him preparing our food & settled on two coffees. All in all, immensely poor service, disgusting hygiene, no gloves, hair nets or head coverings for those preparing the food, certainly wouldn’t return.
