Ordered airsoft rifle from website as displayed 2 in stock. Received email day after advising it was on backorder, and should only be a few weeks until delivered. Received rifle 5 weeks later, I was away and had to sort batteries, but once setup found the rifle would not fire single shot. Mosfat config made no difference. Contacted Newtech who advised to send it back to the wholesaler? After explaining I purchased the rifle from Newtech, not the wholesaler, I was told this was the process (there is NO returns process on the website). Received rifle back several weeks later, and now firing single and auto as it should be.Ian at Newtech was polite and responsive throughout.But, I will not buy from Newtech Airsoft again.

Great local shop with helpful, friendly staff and all inside an amazing airsoft venue not sure what else you could ask for.

Drove an hour for the shop to be closed when it said open. Staff does not pick up the phone

Placed an order of an in stock item, no comms to say delayed/backorder, no reply to emails (website email is incorrect and bounced back), also emailed the account on Paypal but still nothing. Had to use the support of Paypal payment recovery to get my money back. Even after no comms to explain what happened. If the item became unavailable or delayed just message or reply, it's no real bother, but don't ignore customers. Was for a magazine for my sons gun, ended up missing the event.

I purchased an item on the website that told me a magazine was in stockover a week later I get contacted saying it wasn't in stock so I was asked if this other magazine was okay to send instead so I said yeah sure as long as it works in my vorsk EU18 a couple of weeks later after not recieving anything I tried to contact them over 3 days they finally got back to me and said that the replacement magazine now isn't in stock and they would sort out a refund(I purchased with klarna) and I'm still waiting for them to proceed with my refund and klarna is still wanting installments from me so I would keep away it ain't worth the hassle

Item took 15 days to arrive and wasn't dispatched until 12 days after paying £6.99 for postage.I was informed on Monday 9th that my item should be with me already, despite the tracking information showing that the item wasn't even sent out until Monday 9th.Aksed for tracking information several times was never given it, probably as the item wasn't actually dispatched until 2 days before it's arrival.The shop barely responds to messages and when they do, they give non-answers and avoid providing the information you actually asked for.

Hard to deal with looses temper before issues resolved feels needs to leave negative feedbacks months after the issue because he doesn't get his own way instantly even though it took 6 months to mention the issue.

Great shop with good prices and easy parking. Ian was very helpful and it's even located with a CQB airsoft site so I could try before I bought.
