What can I say about training with Coached By Steele ... really happy I signed up with him. He keeps me motivated, pushes me to be my best and we also have a laugh. Couldn’t imagine being coached by anyone else.Owen knows his stuff and I learn something new every day I’m training with him.I’m now living a much better and healthier lifestyle (that can be maintained, not just a quick fix) and at 42, I’m probably in the best shape I have been.Trust him 100% & highly recommend.
