Facilities have continued to diminish since becoming a member in 2020. Gym equipment and flooring are constantly in need of repair. Washroom & changing facilities are gradually deteriorating.Personally, I feel sorry for the customer facing staff, as they continue to try and provide the best service with the limited resources available.

Really great club and a welcoming friendly environment for my whole family. Great variety of activities for everyone and an amazing team running it.The fantastic Sue and Matt really stand out & are the backbone of the club. Their experience is clear, they are great at what they do & respond to anything thrown at them professionally & with a smile. Always surprises me how they seem to know almost every member by name!Thanks for making David Lloyd Hatfield feel like a second home!

Visited the club as a guest and I will certainly be coming back! The facilities available are amazing, I really had a good time in the spa and swimming pool. I had the pleasure of interacting with Kaitlin during my recent visit, and her exceptional service truly stood out. She demonstrated an incredible attention to detail and efficiency with food and drink orders. Kaitlin’s friendly demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out to me. I look forward to my next visit! :)

The spa is ok. Staff are friendly, however the gym equipment provided does not match up with the 'DL Brand'.... It's old and outdated. What they charge for membership fees, you can't tell me they cannot invest in better quality equipment!

Fantastic club! Great facilities and such welcoming staff. The food menu is great for everyone's needs and always tastes amazing. My favourite is the chicken burger!! Outdoor pool area is perfect in the summer months to relax.

Awful stuck up gym... Full of perves. Don't let your daughters come here.I was also struck by the old large privileged woman who literally shouted at my son to move from a swimming lane because I have paid a lot of money to use this lane" wow! F off love... Amazing.Some of the "privileged" think they have race rights here even though we all pay the same.Full of people who think they're special. The gym also needs a lot of work and it seems there are sticky fingers grabbing all the cash in the office rather then spending on heating the place. Freezing changing rooms and dirty. Usless. Much better gyms out there for your money.Cancelling membership ASAP."

Experience in club was brilliant! Clubroom staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful! Dan & Ollie; thanks for helping me set my app up!! Gym is nice and spacious, the spa I didn’t want to leave!! Will definitely be returning & recommending to my family&friends! :D

Excellent staff. I had the pleasure of having my facilities tour with sales consultant named Izzy who was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. If anyone looking to sign up, I'd highly recommend booking your visit with her to get a feel of the facilities. She's amazing.

Was a very pleasant facility to go to and me and my family enjoyed it a lot. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially a lifeguard named Will. Made the experience with his knowledge of the facilities and helped us book for the activities we wanted to do. Our entire family would return to see will alone.
