Pleasant and friendly service from a mother and daughter team. Reasonably priced and no appointment necessary although a short wait is likely as it's a popular place. They cut all hair types and for all ages.

Always take my son here. Very friendly mother and daughter team. No booking - you just sit and wait - sometimes as much as 45mins sometimes you can be straight in a chair. Its the luck of the draw - and down to timing and what day it is. If youve been very good you even get a lollipop!

Our one-year-old was in urgent need of a haircut and we read the reviews of this place en route from Birmingham to our home in Oxfordshire. We were absolutely delighted with the service provided (Thomas the Tank Engine on a tablet and chocolate to keep him occupied) and the finished result - not to mention the price (a fiver, if I remember correctly, which was an absolute bargain what with his squirminess). Thanks also to the very pleasant customers who let us jump the queue. We will return whether you like it or not!

I've been here twice now and I my hair was cut just the way I asked for, which is actually fairly uncommon. Both Brenda and Claire are very chatty and friendly and the prices are reasonable. You have to book in advance now due to COVID but there is plenty of protection in place. Only lost one star for me because you can only pay cash which I never use anywhere else and is not very hygienic at the moment!
