Disgusting dirty. When I arrive, I have to clean first intensively. I lost around 7 minutes of paid sunning after the bed started automatically as I had to clean. I realised after unclothing how dirty it was and that by no chance you could lay on it without taking layers of dirt off. The cooling has blown blond and dark hair around the top which were sticking there I dont' know since when, the metal frame in between lid and bed was full of small parts from clothes ( in different colours ) and on the lower part where you put the feet looked like someone has either eaten ice cream there or done something else disgusting. Even the red bin lid is dirty, it doesn't seem like staff controls after use if clients have cleaned or not. I could clean there an half an hour in one single cabin until it would be for my taste ready to use.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Premises are clean and equipped with the latest sunbeds.

Quing for a sunbed for a long time. Have a bed booked finally, still waiting because the previous customer was cleaning the bed, I was meant to be using for a very long time. While waiting for a bed to be cleaned other customers who were quing behing me where able to enjoy their tanning sessions on different sunbeds. A member of staff told me he would add up minutes to my tanning session?? Nothing was added up, was charged as normal. No apology.

I went here paid for 6 minutes on the bed on the machine, I was on the bed when someone tried to come in as the didn’t mark the room as occupied, I was then abused by staff had a male member of staff try unlock to door from outside while I was on the bed, I would give 0 stars after all that happened I got my stuff and left didn’t even use my 6 minuets on the bed, my custom will be going else where absolutely appalling. They should really re train on privacy and to not try and unlock the door as someone is using a facility there, as for the rudeness there wasn’t even a knock on the door just shouting at me ruining my experience

Visited first time and girl serving me, Libby, was mega helpful, explained to me how to register, how to use the screen menu and helped me choose the right bed for me. Will be definitely coming back soon!

Pros: Hardly any queues. Many rooms and availability. Space looks clean.Cons: Amidst Covid and booths are not wiped by staff between customers.Not enough time to apply cream before your session starts consequently wasting a couple of minutes and pounds.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. The sunbeds are quiet modern. You can listen to music and just enjoy. Can definitely relax you and get quiet busy as it is in city centre. But its definitely my go after a hard day at work

Absolutely lovely facility. There's always something available when you need it. Difficult to sign up if you're not from the UK - which is semi understandable - but in this day and age and in large multicultural cities there should be options to use phone numbers from other countries (but there are ways around that). Happy with the experience and results and beds are strong and fully functional. Will be back again :)

Excellent as always! Really polite lovely staff. Tan so good I've got girls asking if I've just got back from Turkey.
