My husband and I contacted Rachel Forsythe at Ironing Maids to arrange fortnightly washing and ironing of a relative's bedlinen. The laundry was collected and returned in a timely manner, but on one or two occasions, was still marked with one or two muddy cat paw prints. We contacted Rachel who advised us to let her know about any marks, so that they could be treated, prior to washing, which we did. However, last week, the laundry was returned to us in a terrible state; the white duvet cover was yellowish and had a large yellow stain on it. Once again, my husband contacted Rachel by telephone to ask her about the marks. She claimed that she did not return the bedlinen in that state" and suggested that he take the laundry elsewhere

Can’t recommend them enough. I was in a bind and they did a huge pile of ironing. I had it back within 24 hours pressed on hangers and bagged. They’re life savers!

After travelling for a week our flat had a washer needing mending, but Rachel came to the rescue and sorted two carrier bags worth of clothes, same day service, good value for money!
