Great experience, I had my car booked in for a BMW recall and part replacement. Imran dealt with the whole process, communication was clear, COVID safety and process and guidelines explained.After care and follow up call was welcomed and cleared up any additional issues which had been identified at time of visit. Thank You.Fast forward 27/11/23….Regrettably, I must now give this dealership a rating of 1 star. There are numerous grievances, but to summarise, the entrance to the showroom has collapsed, causing a delay in the work that appears to be dragging on indefinitely—a star deduction for that alone. Additionally, there are concerns about the accuracy of statements made by workshop managers. Initially, I was informed that there were no cameras in the workshop, only to later discover, upon escalating the matter to the GM Aaron, that there was indeed a camera, but the footage of my vehicle was unclear. This revelation came to light after I raised the issue of the absence of a pre-inspection video, a standard customary practice for BMW, which added to my dissatisfaction. Moreover, there has been an apparent shift in the pricing structure, transitioning from an hourly rate to a new AW system, resulting in a seemingly significant spike in the invoiced amounts. Several other issues contribute to the reduction of their rating to one star. Should I decide to ever return to Sytner BMW in the future, I will provide an updated review accordingly.

I have been getting my cars serviced here for over 4 years. I have a Berry BMW 2 miles from where I live, yet I go about 15 miles away to get my car serviced at a Sytner BMW garage (that should tell you everything). This dealership is excellent and provides a great service. Reliable and curteous. Always professional.I have bought my first approved used car from this dealership, an F15 X5 and Megan R. was an absolute star. I commend her for her hard work in getting me the car I wanted as quick as she could with everything I needed. Her care and service were exempolary. I hope Sytner sees this and gives her some recognition for her hard work and grace under pressure.

I bought a used bmw from this dealership.I am over 400 miles away living in Edinburgh and the experience and level of service from initial enquiry to handover was excellent. The sales executive Bob provided a very authentic and thorough service. Usually I have to ask questions and wait for follow ups when dealing with car purchases but I received pro-active care and multiple videos of my car prior to collection. He spent a long time with me making sure I was happy and the process was completely transparent. Communication was excellent. The car was prepared as if new and the after sales care has also been excellent. I would not hesitate to buy again from this dealership and would highly recommend.

Had a problem with my 320d. Spoke to Imran who introduced me to Damien in return gave me Great advice. Great customer service from both lads. My car fixed on the way out. Thanks again will 100% use you guys Rather then BMW in high Wycombe who tried to charge me a lot more for the same job.BMW are lucky to have these two in there Maidenhead branch.

*** Beware of technicians stealing original parts at this dealership ***BMW Sytner Maidenhead stole parts from my car and created faults that were never there. And then denied all responsibility when I complained. I have never experienced such nastiness from any dealership before specially from the head of business Shangi Bogle and the service manager Aaron Johal.27/09/2023:A part from underneath the rear of the car was also stolen by the technician at this dealership. See pictures attached.19/07/2023: Uploaded a new picture showing the gaps in between the farme and the mirror. This was perfectly fine before, what a horrible dealership this is, absolute nightmare. Caused my variable damper control to stop working amongst many other issues caused by them. Absolutely vile and horrendous people.04/04/2023: They called in my car for engine coolant flush since they originally provided a wrong one. Initially I was told that it would only take an hour but then they spent more than 3.5 hours on it. After my car was returned to me I have already noticed the following issues:1) My variable damper control is messed up. Specially for the rear suspension.2) My original wing mirrors glass replaced and I have now huge gaps in between the glass and the frame. These are also very reflective amongst other issues with them.3) The IDrive and instrument cluster display's auto-brightness has gone haywire.4) Parking sensors are messed up.When I told them about the issue and requested them to review CCTV footage, they conveniently claimed that the CCTV that was supposed to cover the area where my car was worked on had been down since 04/04 at least until the service manager looked at it on 13th April. Nobody reported this and they don't even know when it went down. The general service manager also said, they don't have any other cameras which would cover this.They have also said even their parking lot CCTV system is very old, the service manager said he wouldn't even be tell apart my car parked in the parking lot.Since I have reported the issues all they have been trying to do is cover-up. Their CCTVs have gone down quite conveniently at the right for the right place, trying to get rid of all the evidence.I will name and shame them on all platforms with proofs. Believe you me, I will not let go of this theft.

Great experience buying a new BMW from Sytner Maidenhead. We were fortunate to be ‘paired’ with Bill who was really helpful and gave very useful advice. Bill and the dealership were accommodating of requests, gave us unpressured time to think, explained (and re-explained) options, kept us informed of build progress, and made the delivery feel special. Bill is certainly a credit to Sytner for his knowledge, thought, patience, and good humour! A really good guy.
