I had blinds fitted to my whole house last year and I couldn't fault the service, products or price.I've just recently had the kitchen tiled, resulting in the blinds needing some adjustment.I sent an enquiry this morning and the blinds have already been adjusted and now fit perfect again...and best of all, no charge!!Absolutely fantastic customer service, thanks again. Contacted Derwent Valley blinds, after a recommendation 3 weeks ago. Told they didn't cover Prudhoe, then when I expressed my disappointment, as they had been recommended. I was told that their son Andrew would call. He never did.7 windows - whole house fitted with vertical blinds by Tyne Blinds of Cramlington . Great service from Tyne Blinds. Good customer service should start from point of contact - sadly not my experience with Derwent Valley blinds.
