We chose Bagno Design to renovate our bathroom. It's a small space, so we wanted a little bit of luxury! Lara was very professional to deal with, suggesting little extras (eg down lights) which really complete the overall look.The contractors were brilliant - extra thanks to Dave, Kev and Callum, who did the initial ripping out, plumbing and fitting. They made sure we were happy at each stage of the process, and it was much less disruptive than we had anticipated. The plasterer, also, was absolutely brilliant - he worked all day till 8pm to get the whole job done, and it's perfect.We would thoroughly recommend this company to do any bathroom renovations.March 2019

Really great service and support from Bagno design and Lara. We were really happy with the initial design and presentation - they understood exactly what we wanted from our Pinterest board and brief.We didn't use them to fit, but we received excellent support, site visits and redrafting with the team we had to install to ensure that the design was installed correctly. Highly recommended for that hotel-luxury bathroom you've always wanted.

We are delighted with our shower room - it makes great use of the small space we have (including under the stairs) and is a beautiful and functional room. The design is excellent - it has all the features we wanted and has been very professionally installed. Lara and the team at Bagno Design were terrific - I can't recommend them highly enough.

We just had an amazing shower room installed by Bagno Edinburgh. The team have produced a room that is bang up to date and has a definite modern luxury-hotel feel.Our designer listened to our ideas and came back with a design that really got us excited. The installation team were great guys. Got on with the job without any fuss. The quality of the work is superb. The quality of the product is fantastic.Bagno transformed our very dated shower room into a space which is a joy to get ready in every morning.

We are absolutely delighted with the design and installation of the main and ensuite bathrooms. The design and service from Bagno Design was terrific, and contractors (Forth Contracts) used for the work were outstanding.

I find it hard to put my experience with Bagno Design into words, but I’ll try...The bathroom looks nice, but the cost, rigmarole and stress of getting to that point was simply not worth it. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a refurbishment project.The 1 star from my review is awarded only for the design the designer came up with, which was great, but the execution of a small project, considering the 5-figure cost, was indescribably poor.The shimmering façade of the store and friendly greeting of the staff convinced me that I was dealing with true professionals, but in my experience, this was not the case.All paid up front (first and last time that will happen), the project sounded brilliant, but it didn’t take long for cracks in this mirage to appear.A supposed two-week job, inexplicably took around five months to complete and even then, the extractor fan which was meant to have been overhauled as part of the process, broke down only a couple of months later. I’m still waiting for a response to my request to have it fixed.I was sold the idea of expert, bespoke fitters coming to my house, when in reality the work was outsourced to a group of local contractors that tried to squeeze my job in between several others, often with days and even weeks between seeing them.It was not until I got to the very top of the parent company that I finally got close to resolving and completing my project. Even then though, failed attempts to find the appropriate towel rail meant abandoning those plans and reverting to the style I had before the project began.There never has been any progress on getting compensation for this debacle, despite promises of meetings to discuss.I wish I had read an online article written by another disgruntled customer who went through a similar experience last year before handing over any cash. I’ll not use Bagno Design again - thank you for the lesson of not paying for anything in full up front.Beware and read the small print.

Lara and her team made a tremendous job of our bathroom from start to finish . The bathroom is of great quality and spec .I gave them a time frame and the job was completed on time . I would definitely recommend bagno design

Bagno Design Edinburgh fitted two bathrooms and a WC for us and they are all fabulous. Excellent quality, fitting and follow up service. All round great people to work with!

Delighted with the high level of professional service we received. The bathroom is gorgeous and through every step of the way there was excellent communication and execution of the agreed design. The materials are of a very high quality and the work was carried out in good time and with great consideration to our home. We ran into a couple of unexpected problems (as is sometimes to be expected with older properties) but this was not the fault of Bagno and they worked to resolve all issues with speed and efficiency. Would definitely recommend
