Iv been using Chloe dunn for while she really good normally but on this last time I have payed £150 for a removal and a refit I understand I have had the hair in abit longer than I should have , she has left my hair matted and badly knotted and some hair extensions still in , I have messaged Chloe about this and she did say her daughter is ill and I do understand, I can’t be walking about with my hair like this I have had to come to a hairdresser and pay more to get the knots out , I tried asking for a refund of my £150 and I only received £75 I won’t be using her again

Would give 0 stars if allowed. Do NOT use this place. Kept £500 of my daughters money for a cancelled appointment...was happy to issue a refund initially but now has blocked my daughter on all social media. The police and trading standards have been informed. Disgusting service and extremely unprofessional. AVOID

I paid Joanne £600 for nano rings & a la weave!I had to cancel my appointment hours later due to various reasons so I never received the hair & I never had my hair done from her! Joanne was more then happy to give me my refund but said I would need to wait for the hair to be returned & issued a refund in the mean time I could get a partial refund, which turned out to only be £40!!! Out of £600I have been patient until now! She has deleted her page off Facebook & blocked me on everything trying to run off with my money!I have all the proof! Police are now involved & you have been reported to trading standards!
