Warwickshire Koi

I've recently decided to upgrade to japanese koi and after going to multiple japanese koi dealers around the west midlands I can say Warwickshire Koi by far have in my opinion had the best quality koi I've seen. You can tell Richard is not your typical business man who's after your money he will happy spend time with you talking about koi health and welfare and anything you need to know he is there with advice and guidance. I also know I can trust Richard as he is happy to show me his quarantine area and the processes of the quarantine stages.

I don't live local to Warwickshire Koi at all, but I purchased 2 beautiful koi online & was very impressed with the shipping process & the attention to detail that Richard provided in terms of communication with me & ensuring the koi had been safely delivered.

Fabulous set up and superb quality fish. Very genuine guy, and a lovely setting too. Highly recommended. You can see instantly how healthy and well kept the fish are, with a proper quarantine regime, Rich is clearly knowledgable and passionate about the business, a refreshing change from other dealers out there, definitely be back for more!

this is by far the best Koi dealer in the Uk as far as me and my son are concerned, such great expertise in every aspect of keeping koi from every bit of kit needed, as we where very new to this, rich guided us every step of the way. we bought a few small fish at first and after winter had passed we took the time to go and see rich in person, all i can say is what a fantastic guy!we spent over 2 hours with rich and we where just blown away with the set up and all the time he spent with my son, and last but not least the Koi are just so perfect in every way ( yes i bought 6 dam you rich) to sum up.IF YOU WANT TOP QUALITY KOI then go here 5 stars is not enough 10 all day long, once thanks rich and we will see you soon customers for life.michaelðan

We have now purchased 3 absolutely stunning fish from Warwickshire Koi!After buying our first fish - we set Richard the task to source us a Tancho Kujaku...and he did just that! He found us our dream Koi in Japan in our price range and had her shipped over! We respected Richards quarantine rules (even though we could not wait to see her!) and waited until she was ready to be viewed.The set up at Warwickshire Koi is excellent. Richard has been really informative and his knowledge is exceptional. He has given us invaluable advice and has always been at the end of the phone when needed! We have received a first class, professional and committed service and guarantee that we will be purchasing from here again in the future!

I have been looking for a Karashigoi for a while when I came across Warwichshire koi, I spoke to Richard who was very helpful and informed me he had one left, I asked if he could keep hold of it for me which he did. I purchased the fish, Richard sent me pictures of the koi as well as keeping me up to date with the the Koi's well being right from me buying the koi up until he delivered it personally and the service was fantastic. Rich came out to see one of my 20-year old koi who had become withdrawn and wasn't herself. After some tests, he was able to advise on exactly what was wrong with her and provided treatments on how to treat her and the other koi in my pond. Fingers crossed for a full recovery. Rich is really genuine guy with a huge passion and knowledge for all things koi. I will definitely be using him for any future needs.

Went to Richard just for a browse amazing place amazing setup all koi are well looked after. Ended up coming away with a koi then went back a week later for another two absolutely amazing colours all very healthy and feeding straight away he even delivered them himself in person he goes above an beyond for welfare of his koi. I would definitely recommend to any with koi of getting into the koi world would definitely be going back.

Absolutely superb, richard has been very helpful in getting our pond back to somewhere we can enjoy and not worry after having a lot of issues with the fish. Amazing, and that is a understatement. Only warning I give you is you will buy more than what you went for. The quality of fish is are outstanding, I brought 2 to collect and come back with more,Then brought more online and had then delivered came through well package and within the time slot given and better than they looked on the video and picture. Richard is amazing and easy to deal with, no pressure selling no judgement of set ups etc as the koi world can be draughting. I personally won't go anywhere else now. Thank you Richard for everything
