Beat-Fit

I just love Beatriz's Pilates class. I find her very motivating and inspirational, the music that accompanies the classes is always upbeat and I forget I'm actually exercising jfeel like I'm just having a good time. Tried the Brazilian Sculpt for the 1st time and again enjoyed this class too.For the record I'm a not a very active middle aged female, but these classes would suit all ages and levels.Thank you BeatrizLouise Antoinette

Bea is a Fantastic teacher and I really enjoy her classes. Never get bored as she changes her choreography regularly. She takes time to explain her moves and the music is brilliant. I can tell she is passionate about her work and would definitely recommend her classes.
