Excellent experience at the Eye Emporium today in Chester.Great personalised service, attention to detail and in addressing my needs.OCT eye imaging technology great in understanding my eye issues.Thank-you to Mr Uddin, Mandy and Tracy.

The Eye Emporium is beautiful environment to purchase glasses in.No waiting, eyes tested quickly and professionally by Ghaf,I didn't think i'd suit glasses. However, i was pleasantly surprised. I really liked walking out the shop with my new Tom Fords on.Everything is much clearer now.Top tier service all around.

Nice place in a nice place. However its the fact thet they did a good job in updating my eyeware and prescription that impressed me.It all became very clear; I can now see with great clarity, again.Super friendly staff, which are also very helpful.Have some high tech kit to scan your eyes in need be, or whatever needs to be done.I guess you could find cheaper around, but in my opinion you pay for what you get.In my case▪ It was right first time.▪ Quick, thorough and acurate service.▪ Had new glasses in under five days, they fitted well and worked as expected.

Always great service and a decent selection of frames to choose from. The team are friendly and full of suggestions, Mandy in particular has a good eye.

They do an excellent job was especially pleased and impressed because when I was diagnosed with Type2 diabetes they were one of the few shops in centre of Chester who could offer the services I now require.Whilst they have expensive glasses they also have relatively cheaper ones.The male Optician is as good as the receptionists all extremely knowledgeable ladies.

I have been going to this optician for over 20 years now and the service is wonderful. Tge eye tests are so thorough and Ghaf talks you through all of the results of the scans and explains any further deterioration or new problems with your eyes.The girls in the shop area are fabulous too take time in helping choose your specs, do all the measurements to ensure everything is correct for the prescription and the specs to match, which is then sent off to the company that makes the lenses. Their patience and genuine care is is very commendable.

Lifesavers! ALL the opticians I went to with my glasses said mine couldn't be repaired. They didn't honour the glasses' one year warranty. The Eye Emporium not only said that the glasses should have been repaired by my opticians Vision Express, but they had them repaired successfully for me, saving me hundreds of pounds. This is where the Eye Emporium's independence come in as independent opticians - unlike the chains - they genuinely care - it's not about making as much money as possible - quite the opposite - they want to offer a genuinely great service - and they do. They bend over backwards to help - even people who haven't been their customers previously. I won't be returning to Vision Express and Specsavers was no better. The Eye Emporium wipes the floor with them and the staff are angels. Thank you so much.
