I’ve just bought two beautiful pieces of Whitby Jet Jewellery. Stunning ring and bracelet. Guaranteed to be 100% genuine Whitby Jet. Nice shop friendly staff and will return.

Such a lovely store. Really helpful staff. The jewellery is quite unique and not all black Whitby jet.

The shop owner was very kind. While on my first UK holiday, I was looking for the perfect earrings and a pendant to match. She didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, and offered to make up the earrings to match the pendant I liked. 30 minutes later I had a lovely hand made Whitby jet piece to remind me of the unique village.

Visited the store today with my Husband and Dog…. Great atmosphere and greeted with help immediately.I was able to view various pieces of jewellery with no rush.. My husband bought me a beautiful pair of earrings.The member of staff who’s name I did not get was so lovely … I would come back again for sure

Edit 2: Still haven't received a refund - I waited the number of working days requested for it to 'come through' (despite the fact that you're notified instantly of refunds to your Paypal balance, unlike card payments). Back to 1 star since I'm going to need to chase this yet again.Edit: The online team phoned back this evening, apologised, realised that there's an error throughout the website, but refunded my overcharge for the inconvenience of two weeks of chasing (assuming it does come through in x working days). I've increased my rating from 1 star to reflect this.Very poor customer service when ordering from their website.I placed an online order two weeks ago and was overcharged. I emailed screenshots of the website and my transaction and asked to be part-refunded, but received no response. I emailed again a week later; no response.I phoned the store this week to be told that they couldn't help from in store, but that someone from the online team would be in touch by phone or email, and to phone again in 24hrs if I'd not heard back. Once again, I've not heard back. I phoned the store again this afternoon who were very polite, apologised and advised me that they'll chase the online team to phone me today.Hopefully the online team do phone as I'd rather not open a dispute via paypal to get a refund, but if they refuse to contact me then it may be my only option at this point.

I recently bought a ring from here and the customer service I received was amazing. The ring they had in store was slightly too big for me and their re-sizing colleague wasn't in. As I was only in Whitby for the day, the shop assistant went to their sister-store to get the ring in smaller sizes for me to try and we found one that fit perfectly!The shop assistant was so friendly and really went out of her way, all while keeping the shop COVID secure. I would highly recommend this store - and their jewellery is beautiful!

I was having a wander down church street and came across this beautiful shop - so I had to have a browse in. The ladies in there are fabulous, I think they said they were Hayley and Morgan, chatting to me about all the different ranges they had in store. I will definitely be back again 100%
