Had to write to say what lovely helpful staff you have in your store.My Husband and I came in on Saturday afternoon we were served by Heather who was a lovely helpful kind girl, nothing was too much trouble for her.We chose and ordered our tiles, some of them weren't available, I said we'd have problems picking them up. Sharon the manager (I think) said she could deliver them to our house as she would be passing the area on the way back from a work do. She ordered them from another store, so they'd be with us sooner.This was so good of her she didn't have to do it but went out of her way.We are very grateful, and will definately recommend you in the future.Many thanks

Called several times to chase up order- Not only was it extremely difficult to get through. When we did nobody could give us information on our order status and time after they said they would call back with nothing happening. Call the main customer who said out tiles should be there ready for collection She would clarify with them and then get back to us - Still no call back- All we want to do is collect some tiles

First time I had to buy tiles for a new bathroom. Staff very polite and helpful. Everything I needed to know around tiling was explained to me and I came home with everything the builder needed for tiling the new bathroom. Would recommend the Tile Giant in Swindon to anyone new to tiling. Shop has a good choice of tiles in all price ranges incl accessories. If something is not in stock then it is quickly ordered for you. Very happy!

What an awesome team while I was in the store I was even offered a bottle of water as it was a hot day. Also they made sure I got everything for my DIY job, never tiled before and helped explain the process

Incredible experience in the Tile Giant store at Swindon I just had to write a review about it. Possibly the best customer experience I’ve received in any store let alone a tiling store. I first contacted the store over the phone about external flooring grout recommendation for my porcelain tiles. Keane Banks was on the phone and was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me choose a great grout product. I was unsure about colour so I brought in a porcelain cutoff for review. Keane was kind to get the colour swatches out so I could pick a shade that matched my tile, I was stuck between two shades with subtle differences but Keane helped picked out the best one. Keane also provided excellent technical knowledge on how to apply the product and gave great tips/advice. He also helped me avert a potential disaster with my cowboy landscapers who planned to apply this product incorrectly. Keane gave me the confidence to tell them how to correctly apply it and they remarkably listened. Keane potentially saved me thousands of pounds of damage that may have happened had he not provided this critical advice. In shop experience was great, store was nicely laid out with great selection of products. Keane was kind enough to help me carry several bags of grout to my vehicle which I was very appreciative of. He certainly went beyond what was expected of him and deserves recognition. Full marks to Keane Banks and the Swindon store. I will certainly be returning for products in the future and advise my family and friends to go there for their tiling needs. Their fantastic customer service must have rubbed onto their customers because during my visit I noticed the repeat customers were very nice with me too. I can see why people keep coming back. Very impressed ! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️*UPDATE* 09/05/22 - I needed more help and advice with grouting application so I gave the store a call for advice. I spoke to the Chris the store manager who was super helpful. I've never grouted outdoors before let alone 49m2 of porcelain tiles and I was making a mess. Chris gave fantastic advice and tips based on his expertise that I am most grateful about. He advised me on mixing process as per manufacturer's guidance, tips about finding the best grout consistency and storage of grout powder (turns out you don't need to use the whole bag at once). Again, great customer service. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am really pleased with the stuff in Tile Giant and the customer service they provide. I've been explained many different products and given professional advice on different types of tiles and materials. I recommend the Tile Giant Swindon to anyone who seeks professional and friendly advice as well as quality products.What's more, they have a fantastic wood effect tiles.

Could not be happier with my experience in this store. This is my second purchase, this time for a larger project. I was happy the first time and happy this time. The staff - from the store staff to the regional manager I met in store - are always super-happy to help, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best possible experience. I recommend this store wholeheartedly. Special mention to Chris and Keane (apologies if his name is spelled incorrectly!).

Brilliant place.The staff there are incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. I could not of completed my tiling task without them and the finished project (a downstairs toilet refurb - picture attached). Highly recommend Tile Giant for all your tiling needs.

I'm just sorry I can't give more starts to this shop. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in my life. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. They do care about the customer and are always happy to give you great advice. I have visited the shop a few times and purchased several tiles for my DIY project - every time I was massively impressed by them - and I am not easily impressed! Special mention to Lawrence (I hope I spell this right) and Callum!Well done!
