As a client the level of communication is very important, especially at such a stressful time when selling your property, and the team at Lomond made the whole process as painless as possible. A very poor experience from start to finish from a buyers perspective. Called to arrange a viewing. Email confirmation received. Turned up-to the house at the correct time and the viewing agent said they had someone else booked in ? Showed them my email confirmation and they eventually let me in. Two hours later same viewing agent called in a rather upset mood asking where I was as I had not attended the viewing and they had been waiting on me ? Really poor, but things then got worse.Made an offer on a house and was advised once they spoke to seller they would let me know. Never did. I chased up and was advised again seller was letting some more viewings continue which was fair enough. After this I then asked if any final decision had been made. I was advised they would chase up and get back to me to let me know if offer was accepted or advise what the seller wanted to do. Again no email or advise on what the seller had decided.Emailed the member of staff again and never heard back, emailed the central inbox and never heard back. In between that time the property had been put to a closing date and sold. Not even the courtesy to call or email to let me know that it was going to a closing date.I can understand a mistake being made but the level of customer service is truly shocking. Either a catalogue of errors by incompetent individuals or a company that does not care? I can let others be the judge of that.
