Unusual to leave a quote for someone who has not tuned our piano to date but in view of how helpful Craig was a positive review is in order. I rang him with a query on whether he knew of someone who could move a fixed standing piano. Reason being we need to move it out of and back into a room whilst a new carpet is laid. Some of the quotes I had were quite eye watering, with one company quoting not far shy of £400 with the cheapest still being in excess of £250. Craig called back within the hour with the number of a professional piano mover. One call later and job booked for £100. Many thanks to Craig for being so helpful and if my experience of dealing with him is in any way a reflection of how he conducts the rest of his business (and I have no reason to think otherwise) I would happily recommend others to speak to him for their piano tuning needs.
