I absolutely love Persona! I get greeted like an old friend by Juliette when i walk in. Olivia and Charlotte always take time to ask how you're doing and ensure your comfort at all times. The HydraFacial's are amazing there and the new laser machine is painless!! Looking forward to trying the new Persona facial later this month.

I’ve been coming to Persona for some years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have moved in the last year and was more than happy to travel for an hour to get some Botox and dermal filler from Dr Lisa knowing I was going to be in very safe professional hands. I’m loving my perkier but natural look.

I met with Trish, for a chemical peel. On arrival she had noticed that I’d been crying, before anything she spent time with me, sharing her thoughts with me and making me laugh and feel at ease. All the staff from the receptionists and the doctors at the Bexleyheath Practice are very welcoming, kind, friendly, and professional.I had my dermal fillers done around the marionette lines by Deborah Fasunloye. She was very professional and explained to me what she will be doing and the aftercare that I will need to address.My visits will continue with this practice. I am very happy with my experience with them so far. The practice is so beautiful, calming, relaxing and very clean. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who wants to smile. I would recommend Persona to everyone! Everyone here is so lovely and easy to talk too. I felt very comfortable - all the information given to me was clear and understandable. I rarely write reviews but having just had the new Persona Signature Facial with Olivia, I can’t contain myself. This is without doubt the best facial I have possibly ever had. A heady mix of tightening, massage, mask and light therapy, my face felt radiant for days after. The condition of my skin has steadily improved with a regular HydraFacial at Persona, which is also to be recommended, but the Signature Facial as an all rounder that treats multiple issues is a step up and does it’s job with aplomb. But this is no surprise, as it comes from the magnificent team at Persona. A triumph!
