Our first stay at Tanner Farm and it certainly won't be our last.Fantastic site, great sized pitches, super friendly and helpful staff and any on site problems are dealt with swiftly.Phone signal is pretty much non existent, but I am not complaining! It meant the family weren't glued to phones or devices the whole weekend.Thank you Tanner Farm Park,We will be back very soon!

Independent site that is affiliated site with the CMHC that we have used several times whilst visiting the area. Good size pitches, some fully serviced with water, grey waste and electricity. 2 good facilities blocks with all the features you will need. Open all year round and easily accessible if you follow a map, satnav can take you down some interesting! roads.

I recently booked a stay at Tanner Farm Park for the August bank holiday weekend, hoping to enjoy a relaxing camping trip in my VW with a tent. However, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing due to the campground's inconsistent and puzzling rules.Upon making the booking on June 29th, I specified that I had a VW with a tent and requested a hard standing with electric hookup. I was excited about the trip and even mentioned that I had a 4-man tent. However, when I arrived at the campground and set up my tent, I was promptly told that it needed to be taken down. The confusion arose from the campground's rules, which seemed to be a convoluted web of restrictions. While they allowed tents attached to vans, huge awnings with pull-out tents, tents with gazebos, and even tents in the caravan section, my small 4-man tent near my VW camper was deemed unacceptable. This left me and others in a perplexing situation. As a VW owner, I was apparently not allowed in the tent section due to my camper, and I couldn't fit into the caravan section because of my awning. It's frustrating to encounter such arbitrary and contradictory rules that seem to cater to specific setups rather than accommodating a variety of campers.Ultimately, I had no choice but to leave the campground, feeling frustrated and let down by the experience. It's unfortunate that a seemingly great getaway turned into a hassle due to rules that were not only unclear but also appeared to be arbitrarily enforced.I hope that Tanner Farm Park can address these issues and provide a more transparent and consistent set of rules for their guests. Camping should be about relaxation and enjoyment, and such unnecessary complications only detract from the overall experience. In the future, I will be seeking out campgrounds that prioritize clear communication and fair policies, ensuring a more pleasant and stress-free camping adventure.

We visited with our campervan. Easy access to water on all pitches (most individual some shared). Loads of space with grass next to the pitches for the kids to play as well as 2 play areas. There's 2 drive over grey water points and multiple Elsan points. Laundry on site and shop. All in all pretty much everything you could need.

We here for 3 nights. The toilet and shower facilities are spotless. Seems Lewis makes an outstanding job of cleaning. We think the EHU system need a look at. We kept tripping out with only one item on. The fencing at pitch 75 in very rickety where the EHU is located. Pitches are a great size, not cramped at all . Staff in reception very amenable. Don’t like the idea of the site being cashless. Would definitely come back.

Nice well run polite site very quiet other than the tinny radio from the adjacent pitch 13, but at least their dog was well behaved. Nothing to do or get in the immediate surrounding area so if you intend to stay put other than ice creams and beans be prepared.

It's an ok site although not sure how they gained affiliation to the C&MC because standards are well below what one would expect from an affiliated site. The site is good for the kids if you are in the right area, but the washrooms are without doubt the worst I have come across in 35 years touring. The toilets were disgusting, very 70's in appearance and the water flow from some showers so low the water just dropped (dribbled) down onto the shower valve, so you couldn't get under it! Both shower blocks were bad! Some shower levers were either broken or had bolts screwed into them to replace broken levers. The water in the mop buckets was dirtier than the floors! Sorry to be negative, but this is what we experienced on our visit. Wouldn't hurry back unless standards improve. On a positive note, Bedgebury Park near Tunbridge Wells was great for mountain biking, but be aware it costs £14.50 to park your car.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Tanner Farm during our recent impromptu camping trip. Despite booking just hours before arrival, the owners went above and beyond to accommodate us, making us feel truly welcome. The campsite itself is a gem, nestled amidst the picturesque Kentish Countryside. We cherished our leisurely walks down to the river and the joy of paddling in its serene waters. While the toilet blocks might be a tad dated, they maintain a charming rustic character that's in harmony with the site's natural surroundings. The staff at the campsite's shop were not only welcoming but also exceptionally helpful, ready to address any inquiries or concerns we had.Overall, Tanner Farm is a top-notch campsite that exceeded our expectations. We're eagerly anticipating our next visit to this idyllic haven.
