George's Greek Grill, Chippy & Pizza

Wow - this is an amazing hidden gem, authentic Greek food, beautifully prepared and cooked to order. The flavours are so authentic, this place is definitely marked as my new favourite takeaway, I have been twice this week, so worth it. Excellent value, such knowledgeable friendly staff... wow

We have been a few times now, tried a few different meals, the hallomi gyros is amazing! Very friendly staff, everything cooked fresh on ordering may take a little longer but I think it is great it's all fresh! Lovely atmosphere too about time we got good chip shop locally, even better that it's greek. Tonight we tried the pizza and garlic bread. It did not disappoint and was, delicious. Thankyou Georges

First time there, lovely chaps , nice and chatty, food was really nice, and fresh.. can't go wrong, I'm a definite returning customer.

Food is always perfect here . Always hot with good fresh ingredients . If you go in , they are attentive ,friendly and helpful Would well recommend .

Absolutely useless , ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and a chicken gyros on Uber …. Quoted 9.15pm delivery at the latest , was still stood outside waiting for it at 10.15pm.Restaurant number provided on the website was an out of service USA based phone number , repeatedly asked for updates via the app for them to be ignored.ShockingThanks for the response , but the phone number provided as a point of call was a +1 number which is to my knowledge “USA” based as the uk is +44…….And judging by the fact you started your message with “good afternoon” at gone 11pm UK time , something doesn’t really add up.Update anyway …… food arrived 2hrs 45 minutes after it was ordered , 2hrs and 5mins after the quoted time , no update was provided on the app as requested 6 times and no phone number was called (my phone or the hotels)No need for a phone call , it wouldn’t work apparently.

I ordered a family grill for my family the food never came through, I rang the shop a few times they never picked up the phone call. I then ordered food again the next day I got two mixed kebabs and the meat had a funny taste to me, it tasted as if the meat has been there for more than a day. I then try to get a refund and they won’t give me the money back. I then put the food inside the bin outside the shop as I was disappointed. I will never be going back there I do not recommend anyone to go there either.

Authentic Gyros! I've been to Greece many times and tried all kinds of Gyros. Trust me when I say this is legit. You have to try!!
