Poor service. I wouldn’t recommend them for any shoe or tailoring purposes at all. It’s been a downfall since change ownership.

Recently went there to get my Leather Jacket cleaned and to remove the discolouration. They did an excellent job, would definitely recommend. My Jacket looks like new!

Customer service is terrible, I was spoken to in slang from start to finish. I also made payment for getting my shoe fixed by card. I was advised that there would be a 50p charge which I had no problem with. I also asked if I had to put someone else's name down to collect my shoes as I would not be able to get them on a week day and was told that the blue ticket was enough. Someone went to collect my shoes and low and behold I have apparently not paid for them despite paying for them. If your staff are both unprofessional and unable to follow protocol then do not employ them. I am not impressed at all with the service you have wasted a lot of my time!

Great service again! Needed a last minute steam cleaning for Indian outfit, which are not suitable for washing machines. Rakesh did a outstanding job. Also needed some shoes reinforced with non-slip sole, and he was able to deliver. Thank you valet@shoe-doc! Always delivering X
