As a start up company, we were looking for a friendly environment to work in, with good internet connection, no issues with parking and traffic and very importantly a good rate for a 4 person office space.We moved in Fen House in January 2016 (6 months ago) and it has been a very good decision, the offices have everything we need to work and who could complain about a view on a field with horses and a glimpse of the river between the trees.We know that as we grow, there will be flexibility to move into a larger office within the building. The other people working in the building are very friendly, and we meet each other in the common areas like the kitchen and the patio outside on a sunny day.I would highly recommend the place if you are looking for a good place to work in Cambridge!

Fen House provides a very comfortable and all-inclusive office space for small/young companies that need some space in the Cambridge area at an affordable price. The building is clean and secure, has a shared kitchen and meeting rooms, and the office space is quiet. There are other small start-ups working here that provide for a warm atmosphere, and it's close enough to central Cambridge city without being busy. Highly recommended!
