I’ve never experienced such not responsible plumber, who took me £400 replace my leaking valve with an old plastic valve. They promised me to give me boiler service but never turned up post several follow up calls, have to give up in the end. They always said yes in the call, but never took in action, ie, not sending me receipt for replacement, lied to say the replace part throw away, delayed or even not show up for appointments post payment. Highly suggest to never use this company anymore.
