The job was rushed and patches were left in my hair with chunks still being blondeMy roots were ridiculously red compared to the rest of the hair which was a nice shadeI’ve had to re-do my hair myself as I couldn’t go to work today with it how it was and they weren’t open until this morning.Hair dye was also left on my skin across my face.which I had to clean when I got home.

I booked a full head colour online and knew what price to expect, minus the promotional discount. Should have been about £45. The lady who applied the colour on my hair was sloppy and a lot of it ended up on my face. The devious part was that she over charged me! She very cheekily charged me £54. I’m not happy about this. Unfortunately this is the second time Rush Hammersmith have conned me. I’m definitely not going back ever. Plenty of other salons to give business to. I’ll also post this on social media.

Horrible experience! Absolute waste of money!! Lady called Dianne did my hair wash cut and was supposed to do rough dry. She did such a horrible cut! Went on chatting and boasting that she’s been in the business for 23 years! She couldn’t do a basic trim! Just cut straight and left like that. Hair felt so rough!! Very bad! Never going again! Total rip off!

Usually the experience I have here is excellent but the past couple of times I've been here it's been awful. Last time I came in I was looking to go blonde, from a light auburn. I was told last time that they didn't have time to do it but would be able to get the results I wanted next time with the use of foils. Today after waiting 45 mins after my original appointment time I was told that wasn't possible and the best they could do was go my natural hair colour (dark blonde). Why would I bleach my hair and roots to just go my natural colour? I should've just been told last time that's all they could do rather than rebook an appointment, travel all the way there and waste my afternoon. I won't be coming back, what awful service.

If I could give no stars. I would appalling hairdressers don't have a clue what they are doing. Except they try to do several customers at the same time. I have never ever had such a bad experience. Colour and cut, even the blow dry was terrible.

Sergio did an AMAZING job on my girlfriends hair! Considering that he doesn’t do crazy colours usually, he did such a fantastic and amazing job. I couldn’t have imagined it to look any better than it does! It costed in total £187 and both my partner and I are extremely happy. Amazing work, thank you.

Charlotte did the most amazing balayage highlights on me! I came in as a model and she was very lovely, and friendly. I was offered tea and biscuits, it was great. She even curled my hair and it looks BOMB. As you can from the photos my hair came out super dope. Shoutout to Josie was there too and she's super cool as well. Would go back to them.
