I moved to Halifax about a year ago for a training contract, I rented a flat in the town centre from Boococks and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The team were all very friendly and Gina was brilliant to deal with. Any instructions or communications I received were clear and prompt, couldn’t recommend highly enough if you’re in the area. Boococks is a very professional organisation and i have the highest regard for the staff who handle the rentals. In particular i find Gina extremely organised and 'on the ball' with all issues coming back from tenants and also in ensuring we as Landlords are made aware of them. Her approach is refreshing, she is very knowledgeable in all changing aspects of renting and is fair to both parties. I would have no problem at all in recommending Boococks and Gina to any Landlord.

This business isn't professional, one minute they tell you that you have been accepted the next they tell you no you haven't. They do not read the applications properly that you send in and have all wrong information about yourself when talking to you. By the sounds of it they make it up as they go along, not one person tell you the same as the other in the office. I wouldn't rent from these as it's a waste of time!! You will be told you have gotten the property for nearly a week then next thing you haven't been accepted. Then property put back on market after been taken off as let agreed" and is REDUCED! Absolute joke of a place. Wouldn't advise renting or letting with these ever. Wasn’t a reason for not being accepted just simply messing people around."

Boococks have provided me with lettings agent and estate agent services for over sixteen years and I can honestly say they are the absolute very best. All members of staff are highly knowledgeable professionals who go out of their way to deliver a first class service. They have found excellent tenants for me and have saved me time, money and worry by expediting all matters in a prompt, insightful, exceptional manner. My experience with Boococks so far, more specifically having Gina as the manager of the property; I am pleased with the communication we’ve had and the respect of privacy, I have lived in the property for about 7/8 months and I have never had a problem, all visits are planned and everyone that has visited have been very polite. I would definitely recommend using Boococks as an estate agents going off my personal experience so far.
