We'd won the photoshoot by voting for photo of the month of a friend's 2 dogs, and what an all around wonderful experience. It started before we even arrived to our appointment as I was very ill for the time of our original booking and rescheduled it at the last minute, and obviously I felt awful about it but ZigZag were very kind and understanding and managed to fit us in just a week later.Abbie did such a fantastic job in our shoot, she's clearly a dog person because our boy worked with her so well! She made us feel comfortable and we had lots of giggles throughout the whole session. Mac especially enjoyed the treats she gave him! Her photos turned out simply breathtaking.The viewing session was also a lot of fun. You're sat in a cinema style room on a comfy sofa and offered drinks and sweets. Igor presented us with the photos through an emotional soundtracked slideshow, which no doubt makes you fall in love with nearly every photo. Looking at 75 photos and trying to decide which are your favourites is overwhelming but Igor helped us narrow it down easily. He advised on which style of photos look best in the different areas of your home and helped us envision which of our photos would suit what we were looking for. I imagine it was difficult for him because we didn't really have a clue when we turned up.. we just wanted to see the photos! So he was tremendous help. He seemed genuinely very passionate about photography and art so he didn't rush us or make us feel pressured to buy. We did end up ordering 3 gorgeous prints and we're very excited to see how they turned out!Overall I would highly recommend ZigZag Photography! They were just amazing from beginning to end. We've never had professional photos taken before so we've made lovely memories and have some incredible photos to show for it.

Me, my partner and our dogs had a shoot with Abbie and it was honestly the best thing we have done, the way she captured us as a family, and a couple and then ones of our dogs as well. The end results are amazing and I cannot wait to have the photos on my wall! The presentation of the photos when we went to view them was incredible the way the photos were put together with such thought and consideration. It was lovely and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Had such a lovely and professional experience from start to finish. This is the company my daughter’s nursery uses and it was the only one I contacted. Their pictures turn out amazingly. On the day of the photoshoot, me and Zahra met with Natalie; she was very warming and took plenty Of shots of me and my daughter both together and individually. On the day of the viewing, the professionalism was exceptional. We selected my pictures with ease and I can wait for the final result, thank you to the team for your company and looking after us! Highly recommend zigzag photography our photoshoot was fantastic and they really got the best out of our boy. Collected our framed portraits and to say we love them is an understatement they are beautiful. Big thanks to the whole team.

We won this experience at a raffle and are very happy with the result. Abbie was wonderful with our 3 boys and took some excellent photos, really capturing their characters in the photos.Igor was very helpful when viewing the photos, and overall we are impressed with the service and the products. We had a lovely day with zigzag photography. A warm welcome as soon as we walked in, the day was lovely and the lady was very helpful and supportive with my two dogs. The photos were incredible too! We had a separate appointment to view the photos and immediately I began to get emotional as they meant so much to me and looked even better than I could have imagined! We went away with a memory stick, desk frame and a key ring and memories and photos which will last a lifetime. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our family photoshoot with ZigZag, each and every member of staff made our experience brilliant. They made us feel comfortable and helped with our baby and dogs! We were given plenty of time to decide which photos we wanted (it was so hard to decide as they were all incredible).
