Just collected my second piece, the Coronation Watch No 4/50.Excellent service from Mark once again. He knows the brand inside out and is a true professional. Wonderful shopping experience and a fantastic cup of tea.Well done and thank you once again Mark.

Called into the Bremont store in the bullring Birmingham today as a spare of the moment visit and was greeted by Mark the assistant manager who was kind enough to show me the fantastic selection of watches they have to offer. After a minute or two of chatting time pieces and trying on some of Bremont new in house movement range he assisted me very swiftly with changing out a deployment claps I had been having an issue with on my waterman apex strap and fitted me with a very comfortable and secure pin and buckle. Many thanks for this exceptionally hospitable visit and I highly recommend if anyone is in Birmingham for a short stay of time pop in to visit the very warm and welcoming staff hosting this Bremont boutique.Thanks again, Josh

Walked in to find warm and welcoming staff, didn't push anything but obviously enthusiastic about the Bremont brand. I ended up with a lovely MB2. They worked hard to find the right watch strap combination (I have a large wrist) good coffee, amazing service, even better watch. Kudos to you.

I went to the Bremont boutique in the bullring to find a watch for my 40th birthday.I was greeted by Nat who was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the watches I was interested in.The customer service was exceptional, with complementary drinks, being called by our first names and just making it a very enjoyable experience.It made the event of finding a special timepiece for a special birthday, something to remember.

Excellent service by the two charming gentlemen in Bremont Birmingham earlier today. Enthusiastic, energetic, warm, engaging, and helped me with a new strap for my beautiful MB watch. A real credit to the Bremont brand. Thank you chaps!

If you love watches and aviation then Bremont is the place to go! Staff especially Mark really helpful and full of enthusiasm, I nearly bought two watches...was there for nearly 3 hours and finished with a celebratory whiskey I will be back!

Went to the boutique with no expectations but to check a few watches as potential purchases for a milestone in my life. Spoke to Mark the assistant manager prior to visiting and he was very accommodating of my requests and having a watch prepared to view. The experience was great, with no problems with viewing any watch and trying them on, with no pressure being put on me to buy one. The conversation was great, very informative around the watches in question but also in general terms. I ended up purchasing a military collection watch and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend going to check out the collection and visit the store and see for yourselves what’s on offer. Would definitely consider for my next watch

This afternoon I had the pleasure of meeting Mark, the assistant manager of the Birmingham Bullring boutique, as well as Nat and Harry. Really nice gents with a lot of compliments of my Time X military style field watch.For a few years now I've followed Bremont and their activities as well as their ambassadors. This afternoon I tried my first ever Bremont on. Absolutely made my day! My favourite watch to date is the S302 GMT and I tried both the braclet and nato strap versions on. Absolutely fabulous watches; the fit, finish and attention to detail is the best I've held.I sat with Mark for over an hour. Great service. He had all the time in the world to talk about watches, life, cars and more. He was extremely accommodating and kind with his service. Really done the company proud! Thank you for your time today.

Wow, what an amazing experience I had at Bremont Boutique in Birmingham. I booked an appointment online, and soon after Mark called me to see what watches I was interested in and even what I would like to drink on arrival. We rocked up at the store and was greeted by Chris and Mark, we were sorted with drinks and then Mark brought my selection out. The whole atmosphere was so relaxed, just chatting, finding out about what I was looking for. I selected the Alt1-P2 Blue, The MB 2 and the Arrow. I have served in the RAF and had 4 years working on the Martin Baker ejection seat so it seemed pretty apt. After lots of discussion and trying on I settled with the Alt1-P2. Mark, Chris and Harry did everything they could to help, even sweetened the deal with some bubbly and a beer. Mark also did me a great deal with a few other bits as well. All in we were there for 2 hours but it went in a flash. I would just like to thank the guys for a great experience and a special mention to Mark for his patience. I cannot praise this store enough and will definitely be back soon to add to my collection. Thank you guys

We went into the store when visiting Birmingham with no expectationsOur son's milestone birthday is approaching and he loves looking at watches. We were greeted by Mark and Jordan both exceptionally friendly and polite. They were more than happy to show us multiple watches and nothing seemed a bother. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to our thoughts. Overall the experience was brilliant from start to finish coming away with a nice birthday giftThank you!
