MTN Barbers

Had a haircut of Leo, my first time going and he done the best skin fade I had in a long time, told him exactly how I wanted it and couldn’t be happier with it, will definitely be going back for my trim every time. Highly recommend!

Booked in for 10am, turned up on time and waited till 10:05. Then my barber calls his colleague to tell him he’s just woken up and will be another 25 mins. Absolute joker, will not be returning

I didn't have an appointment and needed a haircut urgently, but was politely declined the first two times of asking. However, Mike, the owner could tell I had an important appointment the next day and went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident.In all honesty, I didn't mean to go to MTN today...I had an appointment with another barbershop who closed earlier than usual without letting me know - how professional!Mike & his staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, needless to say, they know their stuff and I was extremely pleased with my haircut.I know where I'll be going for future haircuts - great place!

I just received an amazing haircut! I’ve been going to this place since day 1 when I moved to Manchester City centre. The haircuts are one of the best priced. The talent & quality of the hairdressers are of the highest quality, I’ve never been disappointed ….. that is a big deal, consistency in quality, is everything to me. They always have great music and are really friendly people. The shop is well kept and clean. They have a great Instagram showing all sorts of haircuts. I recommend MTN to all my friends. Second time using this place now. Used two separate barbers and both times have been absolutely bang on! All the barbers are extremely skilled at their trade and come across passionate about what they do. I don’t think you’ll get a higher number of skilled barbers in one shop in Manchester. All approach their styles differently so it’s not just a generic place where one person has trained the rest up, it’s definitely worth using a few for the first few cuts and find the one who suits your requirements. Honestly the best barbers I’ve been too. They actually listen and style to your wants. Having an awkward hair type (thin and curly) most barbers are always put off when it comes to cutting the top of my hair and they spray water on it for it then to all curly up instantly. These guys were phased at all and it shows in their final product!Very professional, welcoming and accommodating! My day changes quite quickly with work so I’ve had to rearrange quite last minute a few times and although this is very annoying they’ve been really understanding towards me.Big shout out to Stefanos, one of the most skilled barbers I’ve seen and even the work on his insta shows he loves his job and sees it as an art.Definitely a place for modern, classic and difficult cuts and this shows in the price but the quality you get back is amazing!Definitely recommend these guys!

Went into MTN Barbers with grim curtains and left with one of the sharpest skin fades in Manchester.Niz gave a great service and a great cut. Can’t knock it in anyway, completely understood what I wanted and what would work.Will definitely be returning ✅

Poor. Booked an appointment 10:00, when I got to the shop the shutters were down so I walked up the street whilst I waited. When I got back 7 mins later the store was open but the barber refused to see me the shop was completely empty as well.It's a shame as I heard they do an OK haircut but I guess the other reviews about their customer service and time management are accurate

I've had my hair cut at MTN several times. The barbers are- without fail- extremely nice and sociable. The quality is decent and represents good value for money.The system of bookings, and general time management is very poor. Even with a booking, you can expect to wait quite a bit. On the last occasion I booked with them, I had to leave having waited for over half an hour after the time of my appointment without an apology or a timetable as to when I would be seen.To be clear, they are habitually late, that previous appointment was simply the most recent occasion.
