Courteous and professional staff. I went there to renew my passport, and the overall process was systematic which was as explained on their website. The queue moves fast, I was in and out in 30 mins (~9:30-10am) with around 10 applicants ahead of me for the first part of the passport renewal process.I was told to return at 3pm to collect my new passport. However, I have deducted a star because the process to collect your passport is disorganised since you don't get called in the order you arrived in, which means it's a free-for-all"

I booked an appointment for passport renewal via email. I was under the assumption that it was a one to one appointment due to covid-19, but in fact it was day slot. We still have to take a number and wait. But the service is really fast. We were third in queue and everything was done within an hour. The staff (it was a gentleman) who served us was really patient and nice. Just to note, for passport renewal you will need to bring:1. Current passport2. MyKAD/ MYkid/birth certificate - original and photocopy (front and back)3. UK immigration status document - BRP - original and photocopy (front and back)4. Payment - £41(adult) £21 (child below 13) - They only take exact cashThey do have photocopy machine which take coins only. Cost 20p per sheet. Please check the website for latest update. If travel by tube then take Piccadilly line stop at Hyde Park Corner station. Follow exit No.4.

Went for my Malaysian passport renewal last week. The whole process was very efficient and smooth. Collected my number and waited. When it was my turn, all it took was 5 mins and all done. The collection process was also very easy. There were a lot of customers but the staffs there appeared to know what they're doing, going through each case very efficiently. From this experience, definitely 5/5 stars.

Probably the easiest passport renewal I've ever experienced. I came early at 8.30am and the doors were already opened. The 2 people before me didn't show up so I was first in line and was called to to be processed even before the official 9am time. I then came back at 2.30pm for the 3pm pickup time and was able to collect my passport before the official time as well leaving me more time to explore the city. Even had a pleasant chat in Malay with the guy at the counter too.

Start from August onwards, they get back to normal operation hour. Walk in for immigration service and consular service are acceptable during submission hour.I renewed my passport last week and was arrived 8:20 a.m. At 8:30 a.m. the officer had opened the door and let us took the number and seating inside the office. At 9 a.m. they started to call the number one by one, collect documents, scan thumbprints, take photo. It’s my turn at 9:30 a.m. 5 mins of deal with documentation and took photo. After that, they ask me come back to pick up and 3 p.m.At 3 p.m., everyone queue up and pick up the new passport one by one then it’s done. Smooth service for passport renewal.

Please do your homework, research, call for enquiries before you come or else expect to be lectured. Remember to bring IC and passport for all matters to be safe. Be prepared to wait as there is a long queue. While waiting, why not treat yourself some Nasi Lemak at £5/box.. I've tried the beef rendang and it taste good.

We came to register our infant's birth with the Consular service (not open on Monday) and then apply for a passport with the Immigration service, both done in one day. As other reviews may have already mentioned, the office at the lower ground level is open for taking numbers around 8.30am.We took 2 numbers at the same time, one for Consular (Birth cert) and one for Immigration (passport). Even if it's already your turn to apply for the passport, while you still need to wait for your turn to apply for the birth cert, they will still attend to you regardless of the number queue, so don't worry about having to get another number and queue again. The birth cert requires 2 sets of document photocopies, while the passport only requires 1 set. Fill in the copy of Borang D first, and the counter will double check the details for you before asking you to fill in the actual Borang D. If you do not have photos ready, they will take photos for you, all for £10 (they gave us 4 printed photos).*Parents: You'll need to get thumb prints from your child, just try your best, the staff won't be too strict. Plus, the staff will pass you a tailor's measuring tape to measure your baby's height.Birth cert - £10Photos - £10Postage for birth cert -£5Child passport - £21Try to get the exact amount of cash (no cards accepted!), although the counter was flexible enough to give me a £5 change. Also, although the counter staff mentions you can only collect your passport from 3pm onwards, you can try your luck going in early. I was No.15 in the queue, but went in at 2.15pm, and the passport was ready for collection.Overall good experience, efficient staff and quick process.

Went there for passport renewal today. Process was smooth and staff are friendly. Some tips & experiences:- I arrived early before 8.30am the door already open so I straight away went and take the number (I was number 3). They started the process at 9.00am. I got it done at 9.20am. Every was clear and easy.- Please remember you need to pay cash and exact amount only (bring few pound extra just incase you forgot to print anything document like me lol)- Remember to bring IC & photocopy as well. For people like me holding a digital BRP (graduate visa), print the confirmation email of your digital BRP that have your name and visa expiration date that was sent by the UK Home Office when they granted your visa.- They charged £1 for printing & £41 for passport renewing for adult (Age 13-59). If you are uni student below age 21 bring your student card and they can disocunt for you - £21. Also £21 for kids below 13 & 60 and above.-Obivously bring your original passport also lah.-Collection at 3pm, smooth process. All these info can mainly be found on their website but you know malaysia government website always quite difficult to navigate.

First time here - from my experience and observation, the staffs are really nice. Submitted my documents at 10.30am and came back 5 hours later. New passport is ready! When I arrived in the morning, there were maybe four people before me.

Renewed my passport today. A few reminders for others before going there:1. You MUST make an appointment online for your renewal. You’re required to show the booking either online on your phone or a print it. 2 people were turned away.2. Upon arrival collect a ticket number and wait for your turn.3. Bring cash for the payment: £41. No cards accepted.4. Collection time is 1-1.30pm only not 2-3pm as stated on website. You can either queue to collect passport or wait for your name to be called. Applicant must be there to collect as a signature is required.5. Photocopy machine available at 20p per copy.6. Photo is taken there on the spot, so there is no need to bring any passport photos.7. I printed and completed the passport renewal form but it wasn’t needed.Other than that, quite a pleasant experience. Service was good.
