Lovely place on a sunny day. Good food at reasonable prices. Tranquil walks along the canal, or hire a day canal boat, or take a guided canal cruise. All in all a good day out.

Great place for a walk or longer stroll. You can hire narrow boats from here to explore the canal too. Looks like there is a cafe for park season.

A beautiful scenic place lovely for walking up the side of the canal visitors center for tea coffee or light meals shop for souvenirs toilets are open.

Great sevice from on site engineer Dave - sorted me out with a pump out and then fixed two niggling issues I’d not got round to quickly and efficiently. Most marinas aren’t like that so was pleasantly surprised!

Great walks, dog owners will love it. Decent oaths and you can get a decent brew or coffee from the Anderton lift cafe.
